Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders are fulfilled from US-based facilities.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all US orders.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. After shipment, most orders arrive within 2-7 business days depending on the product and your location. Total delivery time is typically 3-10 business days. These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Multiple packages

If your order contains several products, they may ship separately from different facilities. You will receive tracking for each package.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear.

Address accuracy

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within 12 business days of shipment, or tracking shows it as lost, email support@doluchi.com with your order number and we will help resolve it.
