About Doluchi

Built on collector ideas.

Doluchi is a New York-based atelier crafting display pieces, gift keepsakes, and styling accessories for figure collectors worldwide. We don't sell the figures — we make what surrounds them. And the surrounding pieces? Many of them started as someone else's idea.

Who Doluchi is for

Built for one kind of collector.

You collect figures you love — art toys, blind box figures, and others — and you want them displayed properly. Not on a dusty shelf between random objects. In a case that shows them off. In a box that makes the gift feel considered. On a stand that makes your desk feel curated.

That's the only person Doluchi makes things for. The collector who already has the figure, and is ready to think about what surrounds it.

We're not a general home goods shop. Every piece we design starts with a specific figure, a specific collector, and a specific moment — a birthday gift for someone hard to shop for, a display case for the haul you can't stop looking at, a keepsake for a milestone worth marking.

If that's you, or someone you collect for, every piece here was made with that moment in mind.

How Doluchi works

How collector ideas become real products.

Some pieces are originals from our atelier. Others start with a collector's idea — submitted through our Designer Program, prototyped by our team, and offered to the wider community. When a community piece sells, the original idea-holder earns a share of every sale.

01

Collectors share the idea

A figure, a moment, a vision. Submitted by someone who knows what they want to see made.

02

Our atelier designs & crafts

We prototype, refine, and handcraft a small batch in our New York studio.

03

The market tests the piece

It goes live. Collectors decide. Pieces that find their audience stay; the others rotate out.

04

Designers get paid

Every sale of a community-designed piece sends revenue share back to the original collector.

Where Doluchi began

A shelf problem,
turned into a workshop.

It started with a frustration. As collectors ourselves, we kept buying figures we loved — only to realise there was nothing worthy to display them in. Generic plastic cases. Flower gifts that didn't feel considered. Outfits that weren't sized right.

So we started making our own. First for ourselves. Then for friends who kept asking. Then for collectors around the world who felt the same gap.

Along the way, we noticed something: the best designs weren't ours alone. They came from conversations — collectors telling us what they wished existed, sketching ideas, sharing references. The piece would then come to life in our atelier.

That informal exchange became the Doluchi model. Today, every piece on the shop has a story, and many have a co-creator.

What we believe in

Three things, always.

Collector-first design

Every decision — sizing, materials, palette — is made with the figure collector in mind. We use and collect ourselves.

Small batches, on purpose

A curated edit, not a warehouse. Smaller runs mean better quality, more considered design, less waste.

Pay the source

When a community design sells, the original idea-holder earns a share. Credit and compensation go back where they began.

The atelier

A small team in New York.

Doluchi is handcrafted by a small team in our New York studio. We work with real preserved roses, museum-grade acrylic, and hand-stitched fabric — the same materials we'd want for our own shelves.

Figures not included. Every piece we make is the surround — the case, the box, the outfit, the scene. Bring your own figure.
