Not a generic gift shop.
A collector's atelier.
Who is Doluchi actually for?
Collectors of art toys and blind box figures of all kinds. We make the display cases, keepsakes, and accessories that go around the figure, not the figures themselves. If you already own figures and want them displayed, gifted, or styled properly, Doluchi is built for you.
How are Doluchi pieces different from generic display cases?
Three ways. First, every piece is sized with specific figure series in mind — not "one size fits all." Second, pieces are released in small batches, so quality is controlled at the run level. Third, many designs started as a real collector's idea through our Designer Program — meaning another collector has already tested the concept on their own shelf.
What's the Designer Program?
Collectors submit display or accessory ideas to Doluchi. If we select the concept, our team prototypes, produces, and lists it in the shop. Every time another collector buys it, the original designer earns a share of the revenue — for as long as the piece stays in the catalogue. Pitch a design →
Can I order something completely custom?
Yes — three tiers depending on how involved you want to be. Studio Team ($49+) for standard keepsakes in 7–10 days. Independent Artist ($69+) for pieces that need a sketch round and personal creative input. Master Craftsman ($99+) for one-of-one pieces with direct WhatsApp access and museum-grade materials. What products do you sell?
Handcrafted display pieces, preserved flower gifts, acrylic display cases, and styling accessories for art toy collectors. Figures are not included unless a product explicitly states otherwise — we make what surrounds the figure.
Are pieces designed in-house or by collectors?
Both. Some are originals from the Doluchi atelier. Others started as a collector's idea — submitted via our Designer Program, refined by our team, then offered to the wider community. When a community-designed piece sells, the original designer earns a revenue share.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus digital wallets — accepted securely at checkout. Payment options are shown at checkout based on your location.

How do custom orders work?
We offer three custom tiers, each with a different maker and contact flow:
- Studio Team — from $49. Our in-house team handles your piece, paired with our regular production runs. Contact via support@doluchi.com.
- Independent Artist — from $69. Paired with one of our independent artists who'll DM you privately, sketch options, and craft your piece personally.
- Master Craftsman — from $99. Direct WhatsApp line with our master craftsman, multiple concept rounds, museum-grade materials.
How long does a custom take?
Studio Team: 7–10 days production. Independent Artist: 10–14 days (includes a sketch round). Master Craftsman: 14–21 days after concept approval. Add 10–18 business days for tracked worldwide shipping.
Can I customise the figure size, theme, or colour?
Yes — sizing, colour, theme, fabric, and finish are all customisable. The more detail you share, the better the result. Add reference images, mood boards, or examples to your enquiry.

How does the Designer Program work?
Submit a design idea via our Designer Program. If we choose to prototype it, our atelier will handle materials, production, and shipping. The piece gets listed in our shop. When other collectors buy it, you earn a share of every sale — for as long as the piece stays in the catalogue.
What kinds of designs do you accept?
Display pieces, gift keepsakes, styling accessories, scene concepts, or anything that surrounds a collectible figure. We're looking for ideas that feel collector-first — something the designer would want for their own shelf.
Do I keep the design rights?
Yes. The design remains yours; you license it to Doluchi for production and sale. You'll see a clear agreement before we go to prototype — no surprises.
How do I pitch?
Head to our Designer Program form and tell us about the piece. Add reference links if you have them. We review every submission and reply within 24 hours.

How long does delivery take?
Pieces are dispatched within 3–5 business days of your order (custom orders take longer — see custom-order FAQ). Tracked international delivery typically arrives in 10–18 business days depending on destination.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
Most destinations under $150 USD value are duty-free. For higher-value orders to some countries, customs duties may apply on arrival — these are the recipient's responsibility, but we'll do our best to flag any expected charges before you order.
If it's not quite right.
What's your return policy?
30-day return window for unused items in original condition. Once approved, refunds land within 10 business days. Custom orders and personalised pieces are non-returnable unless damaged in transit. Full return policy →
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@doluchi.com with your order number and a photo. We'll repair, replace, or refund — your choice.
How do I care for preserved flowers?
Preserved roses are real flowers treated to last 1–3 years without water. Keep them out of direct sunlight, away from humidity, and away from dust. No watering needed. If kept in a gift box or dome, they stay vibrant much longer.
