30-day return window for unused items in original condition. Once approved, refunds land within 10 business days. Custom orders and personalised pieces are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

Returns & refunds

Can I return an item?
Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened products can't be returned for health and safety reasons, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. See our refund policy.
